As IET continues to evolve and scale its operations, this newly created role is critical to ensuring the organisation has strong financial, administrative, and governance foundations to support future growth. Reporting to the Executive Team, the Head of Corporate Services will lead all corporate support functions, drive continuous improvement, and provide clear, reliable insights that enable confident decision-making across the business.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded corporate services leader to step into a highly influential role, shaping systems, processes, and governance across a complex, project-driven organisation.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will take ownership of IET’s end-to-end corporate services function, leading teams across finance, project finance, HR administration, procurement, assets, IT/systems administration, reporting, and office operations. You will partner closely with operational, commercial, and project delivery leaders to ensure seamless internal service delivery, robust financial control, and continuous improvement across all support functions.
You will also play a key role in business planning, budgeting, risk management, and strategic discussions, ensuring corporate services actively support organisational goals and future readiness.
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience leading corporate services, finance, or shared services functions within a complex or project-based organisation
- Strong financial and administrative governance capability, including internal controls, compliance, and reporting
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
- Experience improving systems, processes, and efficiency across corporate support functions
- A collaborative leader who partners effectively with operational and commercial teams
- Commercially astute, detail-driven, and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Confident providing clear, actionable reporting and insights to executive stakeholders
