Renowned for design excellence, commercial discipline, and consistently strong market performance, this developer is entering an exciting phase of growth. This role represents a rare opportunity for an accomplished Development Manager to take full ownership of major apartment projects, from site acquisition through to settlement and defect close-out.
This is a genuinely senior, end-to-end role with real influence across strategy, delivery, sales performance, and financial outcomes.
Key Experience required:
- End-to-end oversight of projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition through to completion and settlement
- Leadership of sales and marketing functions, including the development of marketing strategies, sales plans, and accurate sales forecasts
- Close collaboration with finance teams to secure project funding and take ownership of feasibility management
- Oversight of monthly project certifications, drawdowns, and creditor payments to ensure disciplined financial control
- Procurement, coordination, and ongoing management of project consultants, with a strong focus on relationship management and performance
- Active engagement and relationship-building with key stakeholders, including local and state government authorities
- Negotiation and finalisation of key commercial agreements, including land acquisitions, consultant appointments, builder procurement, and sales-related documentation
