Key Experience Required:
- Proven success in a senior operational leadership role (COO, GM, or Head of Operations).
- Experience managing multi-site, customer-focused businesses, ideally within fitness, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong financial management skills, with a record of improving efficiency and profitability.
- A natural people leader who builds trust, inspires teams, and drives accountability.
- Organised, data-driven, and strategic, but equally comfortable on the ground ensuring smooth execution.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating great member experiences.
