Aerodrome Management Services (AMS) is looking to appoint a Commercial & Business Development Manager to help drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market opportunity. This is a key commercial role for someone who combines strong stakeholder management capability with the energy and initiative to get out in front of the market, build connections, and identify new business opportunities.

You will play an important role in leading tendering and proposal activity, maintaining clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, and helping promote the business in a credible and professional way. It’s an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute, relationship-driven professional who is hungry to make an impact and contribute to the next phase of growth

Key Capabilities & Attributes:

  • Strong commercial and business development experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and contribute to growth.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability, with confidence building trusted relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting or leading tendering and proposal activity, with solid reporting discipline and attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator who operates with professionalism, transparency, and credibility in the market.
  • A proactive, energetic self-starter who is motivated to get out in front of the business, open doors, and create opportunity.
  • A relationship-driven and commercially astute operator who is hungry to make an impact and help drive the next phase of growth.
