As the business continues to grow its development pipeline, we are partnering with the leadership team to appoint a Development Manager to support the delivery of multiple high-quality apartment projects across their full lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced development and design leaders, gaining exposure across acquisitions, planning, design, sales, construction, and settlement.
Key Experience Required
- Experience supporting the delivery of two to three small to medium-scale development projects, with exposure across multiple stages of the project lifecycle
- Involvement in developing marketing and sales strategies, including preparation of sales forecasts and supporting sales delivery
- Experience working alongside Development Directors and senior leaders to manage project feasibilities in conjunction with finance teams
- Hands-on involvement in monthly project certifications, drawdowns, and creditor payment processes
- Experience assisting with the procurement, coordination, and ongoing management of project consultants, with a strong focus on stakeholder and relationship management
- Proven capability managing buyer enquiries, variations, and change processes, with a strong customer service mindset
