The Opportunity
NWMC is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead its team and drive the company’s vision forward. As a senior member of the leadership team, the General Manager will oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role demands a strong leader ready to make a lasting impact on the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate teams across all business units to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in General Management or a similar senior leadership role.
- A Master of Business Administration or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Strong background in construction, mining, or civil industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- A track record of delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
