As activity continues to grow across the Pilbara, PARTNER is supporting a well-established mining and civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Operations Manager. This key leadership role will oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of regional projects, driving performance, safety and delivery excellence. You’ll lead capable teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure resources and systems support consistent, high-quality outcomes.
This Pilbara-based position includes housing, relocation assistance, and regional allowances, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator ready to take the next step and make a lasting impact within a respected WA business.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience in civil or mining operations, ideally within the Pilbara or remote WA
- Strong record of leading teams and delivering projects safely, on time and to standard
- Hands on leadership style focused on people, performance and culture
- Skilled in resource planning, logistics and operational delivery
- Commercially aware with experience in budgets, contracts and client engagement
- Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Motivated to build and lead a high performing regional operation
