Perth Airport is seeking an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle for the development of the new aviation terminal.
This strategic role requires expertise in quantity surveying, contract negotiation, and administration within large-scale building projects.
The Role
- Collaborate with Sponsors, the Projects Team, and the Procurement Team to proactively guide, support, and assist with the selection, preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
- Prepare, develop, and execute contracts in alignment with Perth Airport’s capital and project programs, setting clear procurement expectations and managing contract formation and execution risks.
- Mentor and support stakeholders to achieve outcomes, foster continuous improvement, and enhance Perth Airport’s business reputation through strong relationship building.
About You
- Extensive involvement in developing commercial contracts for large-scale building projects
- Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
