Renowned for delivering beautifully crafted, bespoke homes, Averna Homes are seeking an experienced Prestart Consultant / Client Liaison to play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the prestart and documentation process. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-end builder that values quality, precision, and an exceptional client experience.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at Averna Homes’ West Perth office, with the added benefit of convenient onsite parking.

The Opportunity

As the Prestart Consultant / Client Liaison, you will be the key point of contact for clients throughout the prestart and documentation phase. Working closely with internal teams, including the Interior Designer, you will ensure all selections, variations, and documentation are prepared accurately and managed seamlessly.

Your role will be central to delivering a smooth, professional, and highly personalised experience for clients building their custom home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing all prestart documentation and client variations
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Supporting clients with colour and product selections in collaboration with the Interior Designer
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all documentation
  • Delivering a premium client experience aligned with Averna Homes’ brand and values

About You

You are an experienced Prestart Consultant or Client Liaison who enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a prestart or client administration role within the construction industry
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail
