Key Experience Required:
- Proven track record managing premium grade commercial or retail assets.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen with experience in value creation and portfolio optimisation.
- Skilled in lease negotiation, tenant engagement, and income performance management.
- Experienced in capital planning, asset enhancement, and governance reporting.
- Collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
