PARTNER Executive has been exclusively appointed by a leading, privately held property group to identify and appoint a Senior Development Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium built form and land subdivision projects across Western Australia. This appointment represents a strategic growth opportunity within an established, capital backed organisation renowned for design excellence, disciplined project delivery, and long term value creation. Reporting to the Development Director, the Senior Development Manager will be accountable for end to end project delivery, encompassing site acquisition, feasibility analysis, design and planning management, authority engagement, procurement, and commercial execution through to settlement.
Key Experience Required:
- Experienced development professional with a background in residential built form and land subdivision.
- Proven track record delivering complex, high value projects from acquisition to completion.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in feasibility, financial modelling, and project governance.
- Adept at managing design, planning, and authority approval processes.
